Thank you for shopping with Gadget Affairs. We value your satisfaction and want every purchase to meet your expectations. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and receiving refunds from Gadget Affairs.
By making a purchase on www.gadgetsaffairs.co.uk, you agree to the following policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging)
- Include all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards (if applicable)
- Be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
We cannot accept returns for:
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or physical damage
- Items not purchased directly from Gadget Affairs
- Products without a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless they arrive damaged or defective
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will guide you through the return process and may request clear photos or videos as evidence.
Once verified, we will:
- Replace the item with a new one (subject to availability), or
- Issue a full refund if replacement is not possible
Please do not attempt to repair, alter, or tamper with a defective product before contacting us — doing so may void your eligibility for a return or replacement.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@gadgetsaffairs.co.uk with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Our support team will respond with a Return Authorization and instructions.
- Carefully package the item in its original box with all accessories.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our team.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the product.
Refunds will be issued through your original payment method (credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer).
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- If your return is rejected (e.g., product shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping), the item will be returned to you at your expense.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped by contacting our support team.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled you will need to follow the return process instead.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning an item unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
If your return is approved due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- First, check your bank account or PayPal account again.
- Then contact your payment provider; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
